Dr. Tina Garrett-Ragland, PhD

Dr. Tina Garrett-Ragland is a seasoned human resources executive with more than 20 years of experience driving human capital strategy across global and domestic landscapes. Her career spans multiple sectors—including finance and insurance, corporate retail, supply chain and government—where she consistently delivered impactful and transformative people and culture solutions.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and a Master of Business Administration and has a PhD in Global Leadership and Change. Tina is a certified professional coach, speaker and trainer from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) and The John Maxwell Team and holds her Consulting certification from Pepperdine University.
Tina served as Workforce Development Chair for the VA SHRM State Council, supporting organizations and SHRM Chapters across Virginia for 8 years. She has also served on several boards, including the VA Center for Inclusive Communities, Hudson Institutes Customer Advisor Board, Miriam’s House and Girls on the Run. She is currently a member of the CNBC Workforce Executive Council.
